Dr. Perlmutter is currently accepting new patients. If you wish for him to review your specific situation, you should contact Fran Lankford regarding questions about costs and to arrange a office appointment.
After your consultation has been made, you will be instructed to forward all pertinent medical records to his office. Please do not send medical records until an appointment or consultation is scheduled.
You may also wish to arrange for your physician or health care provider to schedule a phone consultation with Dr. Perlmutter. Please follow the same protocol as above by calling the office to schedule the consult and then providing Dr. Perlmutter with the necessary medical records in advance.
